But a Virginia plate that was seen on a green MINI Cooper S Hardtop at the Rise & Shine event in Sioux Falls on day 10 of the epic rally, may have done just that.

The plate utilised the IATA airport codes for the city of Atlanta (ATL) where the 4,400-mile cross-country rally started on July 9 coupled with the airport code for Palm Springs (PSP) where the drive ends on July 23 – making ATL PSP.
