Saving the Wave at MTTS 2014

MINI owner Mike Todd and his fellow Motorers from San Antonio, Texas, are on a mission to ‘Save the Wave’ at MINI TAKES THE STATES 2014.

Mike, who is driving his red MINI Convertible on the 5,200-mile coast-to-coast rally, said that he and his fellow owners in the San Antonio MINI Cooper Group  had noticed recently that some MINI owners were not upholding the tradition of ‘The MINI Wave’ where MINI owners acknowledge each other with a friendly wave.

As Mike and other San Antonio Motorers, in a group of 19 MINIs from the group prepared for the start of the sixth leg of the rally between Austin and Dallas, Texas, he said that they would taking every opportunity to wave to the hundreds of MINIs on MTTS 2014. He said: “We know that a huge majority of MINI owners wave to each other when they meet on the road and we are determined to encourage even more owners to join in with this very special custom.”
