Media Advisory - Corporate Communications Personnel Changes

Woodcliff Lake, NJ,  February 26, 2018. Nikolai Glies, Vice President Corporate Communications, BMW Group Americas is pleased to announce the following organizational changes which are now in effect.

Andrew Cutler moves to MINI Communications Manager from Executive and Internal Communications Manager, reporting to Thomas Plucinsky, Department Head BMW Group Product Communications. In his new role Andrew will serve as communicator for MINI USA, heading up media relations and managing corporate and product communications for the brand. Andrew will work closely with the MINI team in developing and executing communications to increase awareness and excitement for MINI in the US market.

Mariella Kapsaskis moves to Executive and Internal Communications Manager from MINI Communications Manager, reporting to Kenn Sparks, Department Head, U.S. Corporate Communications. In her new role Mariella is responsible for the external messages of the BMW of North America Senior Management team; leading the Events team for all Corporate and Product events and launches; and managing Internal Communications, including development of innovative approaches to enhance employee engagement and understanding.
